👩‍🍳For the apple butter:

  • 1 Pink Lady® apple
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 100 g sugar
  • 20 g butter
  • 60 ml water
  • 100 ml crème fraîche

🍎For the tartlets:

  • 60 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 55 g sugar
  • 10 g butter

🧁For the presentation:

  • 1/2 Pink Lady® apple
  • 1/2 lemon

Slip these delicious tartlets into an airtight container: you can take them with you wherever you go, as sweet treats throughout the day!

Pink Lady® apple energy balls

These gluten-free round cakes made with porridge oats, cinnamon and almonds are perfect for a post-workout snack.
Paired with Pink Lady® apples, these ingredients are the ideal combination for a vitamin boost!

👩‍🍳You will need:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 100 g porridge oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 PinKids® apples
  • 1 handful of almonds
  • A few chopped almonds for decoration

Pink Lady® apple energy bars

Similar to energy balls, apple energy bars are also ideal! Easy to make and carry around, they’re the ultimate healthy snack.

👩‍🍳Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make these energy bars:

  • 2 Pink Lady® apples
  • 20 g flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 90 g almonds
  • 360 g porridge oats
  • 90 g butter
  • 62 g sultanas
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 90 g nuts

Store these energy bars in an airtight container in the fridge and consume them within a week.

Cinnamon and Pink Lady® apple muffins
