Tangy Pink Lady® apple and Crab Cups
Easy to prepare and great to eat, this starter suits any menu.
- 2 Pink Lady® apples
- salt and pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g crab meat
- 12 pink shrimp tails
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Cut the Pink Lady® apples into quarters, remove the seeds and julienne the apples and cucumber.
- Cut the grapefruit into quarters and remove the membrane. Cut the quarters in half. Take about a third of the grapefruit and crush it through a strainer to get the juice. Mix the juice with the mayonnaise.
- In a salad bowl, place the apples, the cucumber, the remaining grapefruit, the crab meat (drained) and the shrimp tails. Pour the sauce over and add plenty of pepper.
- Present in cups or glasses.
