Ingredients
For the pastry
- 200 g flour
- 40 g sugar
- 100 g softened butter
- 70 g milk

- 3 Pink Lady® apples
- 30 g chopped hazelnuts
- Creamy set honey

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Start by making the pastry.
- Cream the butter with the sugar, then add the milk and flour and mix to obtain a smooth pastry.
- Roll out the pastry on a floured worktop using a rolling pin, until you have a pastry disc half a centimetre thick.
- Slice the Pink Lady® apples into thin strips, and chop the hazelnuts.
- Spread a thin layer of honey over the tart crust, then display the sliced apples and chopped hazelnuts, leaving a 2cm border all around the pastry.
- Fold the edge over the filling, and bake for around 35/40 minutes at 180°C.
Pink Lady® top tip
Sprinkle the tart with brown sugar before baking to lightly caramelise the apples.
