- 10 cl Pink Lady® apple juice made in a centrifugal juicer
- 2 cl lime juice
- 2 cl organic cherry syrup
- 6 cl Copperhead gin 0% alcohol, 100% botanical
For the garnish
- Pink Lady® apple crisps
- Pansy flowers

- Cut your apples into pieces and juice them using the centrifugal juicer.
- Shake all the ingredients with a few ice cubes for 10 seconds.
- Pour the mocktail into a glass with ice cubes.
- Decorate it with the garnish (apple crisps and pansy flowers).
