For the mocktail
  • 10 cl Pink Lady® apple juice made in a centrifugal juicer
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 2 cl organic cherry syrup
  • 6 cl Copperhead gin 0% alcohol, 100% botanical
For the garnish
  • Pink Lady® apple crisps
  • Pansy flowers


For the mocktail
  1. Cut your apples into pieces and juice them using the centrifugal juicer.
  2. Shake all the ingredients with a few ice cubes for 10 seconds.
  3. Pour the mocktail into a glass with ice cubes.
For the garnish
  1. Decorate it with the garnish (apple crisps and pansy flowers).
