Step 1/1 : Preparation
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until very stiff and then gently fold in the yolks. Gradually add the sugar. Finally, incorporate the flour very slowly. Peel the Pink Lady® apples and slice into cubes. Mix them into the batter.
- Grease the pan and pour the mixture in. Bake in a preheated oven (gas mark 6-7) for 15 minutes and then check the consistency with the tip of a knife. Bake for a few more minutes if necessary.

- 500 g of frozen mixed berries
- 3 tbsp of cane syrup
