- 4 Pink Lady® apples
- 4 straws
- 40 g creamy yoghurt
- 50 g purple carrot juice
- 65 g Pink Lady® apple juice
Preparation
- Cut the tops off the apples 1/3 of the way down. Using a melon baller, scoop out the apples, leaving 5mm of flesh inside the skin. Make one hole (3mm in diameter) right through each lid.
- Pour the carrot juice, apple juice and yoghurt into a blender. Blend this smoothie mix together before pouring into the hollowed-out apples.
- Place the lids back on the apples and insert straws through the 3mm holes.
- Now enjoy your smoothie and then crunch through the apple cup!
