A revitalising duo of fruit and vegetables is ideal for boosting your energy levels, fighting off winter colds and putting some color in your cheeks!

  • 4 Pink Lady® apples
  • 4 straws
  • 40 g creamy yoghurt
  • 50 g purple carrot juice
  • 65 g Pink Lady® apple juice
Preparation
  1. Cut the tops off the apples 1/3 of the way down. Using a melon baller, scoop out the apples, leaving 5mm of flesh inside the skin. Make one hole (3mm in diameter) right through each lid.
  2. Pour the carrot juice, apple juice and yoghurt into a blender. Blend this smoothie mix together before pouring into the hollowed-out apples.
  3. Place the lids back on the apples and insert straws through the 3mm holes.
  4. Now enjoy your smoothie and then crunch through the apple cup!
