Apple rose and chocolate sauce verrine

Ingredients

    • 1 Pink Lady® apple
    • 100 g plain yoghurt
    • 20 g granola
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds
    • 100 g melted chocolate

Steps

Step 1/1 : PrEparation

  • Wash the apple, then peel it into thin strips using a vegetable peeler, trying to create long, even strips.
  • Gently roll the strips into a spiral to form an apple “rose”. Set aside in a cool place to prevent browning.
  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, or in the microwave.
  • Put the plain yoghurt in a small glass (you may wish to start with a little granola at the bottom for extra texture).
  • Place the apple rose on top of the yoghurt, drizzle with melted chocolate, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
