Apple POKE BOWL

Ingredients

  • PrEparation
    • 80g sushi rice or short-grain rice (uncooked weight, approx. 200 g when cooked)
    • 1 tbsp rice vinegar (approx. 15 ml)
    • 1/2 Pink Lady® apple
    • 1/2 avocado (sliced)
    • 80g raw salmon (sashimi grade)
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds (black or white, as preferred)

Steps

Step 1/1 : PrEparation

  • Cook the rice.
  • Season the cooked rice with a dash of vinegar and leave it to cool.
  • Slice the Pink Lady® apple very thinly (including the skin: that’s what makes it special).
  • Slice the avocado and prepare the salmon tartare with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
  • Assemble, and dig in!
