80g sushi rice or short-grain rice (uncooked weight, approx. 200 g when cooked)
1 tbsp rice vinegar (approx. 15 ml)
1/2 Pink Lady® apple
1/2 avocado (sliced)
80g raw salmon (sashimi grade)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds (black or white, as preferred)
Steps
Step 1/1 : PrEparation
- Cook the rice.
- Season the cooked rice with a dash of vinegar and leave it to cool.
- Slice the Pink Lady® apple very thinly (including the skin: that’s what makes it special).
- Slice the avocado and prepare the salmon tartare with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
- Assemble, and dig in!
