Ingredients

Filling
  • 2 Pink Lady® apples
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 50 g
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 strawberry punnets
Crumble topping :
  • 120 g flour
  • 70 g oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 120 g unsalted butter
  • 40 g

Stages

Filling
  1. Wash your strawberries and apples. Peel the apples. Cut the strawberries and apples into cubes. The apples should be cut into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Place the strawberries, apples, flour, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir well, and transfer the mixture to a tart tin.
Crumble topping :
  1. Put the cooled butter, flour, sugar, cinnamon and porridge oats in a second bowl. Mix well (preferably by hand).
  2. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool before serving.
