Every year, bees play a vital role in the production of your precious Pink Lady® apples. To celebrate and continue to actively protect them, the Bee Pink® programme returns in 2026 with a new edition, both meaningful and surprising!

To mark the occasion, Pink Lady® invites you to learn about its efforts to protect pollinators, while giving you a chance to enjoy a unique experience: an immersive weekend for four in the life of a beekeeper. Ready to step into the fascinating world of bees? 🐝🍎

📢You have from March 30 to May 17 to enter. Don’t wait any longer!

No bees, no flowers. No flowers, no Pink Lady®”. A simple phrase that perfectly sums up the importance of our pollinators, particularly our beloved bees.

It is of course in the spring, a key time in our orchards, that the apple trees are in full bloom… and bees take centre stage.

They’re essential for pollination, and make the transformation of blossom into fruit possible.

Bee Pink®: a programme dedicated to bees

Pink Lady® is aware of the vital role played by pollinators, and launched the Bee Pink® programme in 2018.

Aimed at all Pink Lady® growers, it aims to promote the adoption of best practices for the protection of pollinating insects. Its technical guide notably encourages:

  • Collaboration with beekeepers
  • The creation of hedges and water sources
  • Practical tips to help protect bee populations

This year is special because PinKids® apples are in the spotlight: this spring, our bees are foraging and working hard to make sure we get the best Pink Lady® apples next November, but also our finest PinKids® apples, specially designed for children.

With their crisp flesh, unique colour and ideal balance between sweet and tart, PinKids® apples have the same sensory qualities as their big sisters, Pink Lady® apples.

Grown in the same regions as Pink Lady® apples, their size make them the perfect fruit for a dessert or a snack, whether you bite straight into them or cut them into quarters. 🍎✨

  • And a family activity.
  • A weekend for four in the life of a beekeeper. A unique opportunity to find out about the fascinating world of bees and the measures taken to protect them.
