- Cut the first Pink Lady® apple using a star-shaped cookie cutter.
- Next, scoop balls out of the second apple using a melon scoop. Then, insert skewers into the apple balls before placing them in a bowl.
- To finish off the decoration and add a touch of indulgence, cut a few pieces of dark chocolate and sprinkle them over the apple stars.
- Finally, serve your Pink Lady® apples with a bowl of fromage frais or skyr, topped with a drizzle of honey.
