  • 2 Pink Lady® apples or 100 ml Pink Lady® apple juice
  • 25 ml Cointreau
  • 25 ml sparkling water
  • 10 ml vanilla syrup
  • A few ice cubes

Stages

Preparation
  1. Cut the 2 Pink Lady® apples into pieces and put them through a slow juicer to obtain juice. Keep an apple slice for decoration.
  2. Pour several ice cubes into a cocktail glass then add all the ingredients: the apple juice, Cointreau, sparkling water and vanilla syrup.
  3. Stir three times using a bar spoon.
  4. Garnish the rim of the glass with an apple slice, then add the straw. You’re all set!

Pink Lady® top tip

For an alcohol-free version, replace Cointreau with orange extract or non-alcoholic bitter.

Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health. Drink responsibly.
