  • 1 Pink Lady® apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • 1 Greek yoghurt


  1. Start by removing the pips from the Pink Lady® apple and cutting it into pieces.
  2. Then dice the beetroot, slice the carrot and peel and chop the ginger.
  3. Put everything into a blender and squeeze a lemon over it.
  4. Add the Greek yoghurt to the mixture.
  5. Blend until smooth and homogenous.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Pink Lady® top tip

Add agave syrup for a more indulgent version.
