Summer is fast approaching. “Beach” and “swimsuit” already come to mind. But winter has been, and so have cheese-filled meals… So how do we start off on the right foot before summer? An easy one to answer: for a good start to summer, you will have to move, literally, in addition to being vigilant about your diet.
But here come excuses from the left-hand part of your brain: you don’t have time for this, nor the energy, and exercise requires too much effort.
Now the benefits are trying to make a breakthrough from the right-hand part : you will gain strength, sleep better, prevent health issues and if that is your goal, have a dream body throughout the year.
