The (appropriate or inappropriate) attire
It is time to put on your favourite clothes – the outfit that makes you feel beautiful and strong – and you should wear it more often!
Put on the music as soon as you wake up and turn up the sound (if your beloved and the kids are sound asleep, use earphones) and dance! At breakfast, think of 3 things that would bring more joy to your mornings and begin to do them (e.g. Could you get up earlier so that you can spend 20 minutes reading? Listen to your favourite song? Go running in the park?). Repeat every week for a happier life!
