Eating well means opting for a varied and balanced diet. In other words, you eat anything and everything in moderation.
Favour healthy foods (fruit, vegetables, starchy foods, fish, meat), and reduce products that contain added sugars (confectionery, soda), and salt (crisps, nibbles) and fats (deli meat, butter, cream) without ever depriving yourself.
