Scrap that extra coffee , it’s meditation time! Meditation acts as time out from your daily life, a moment to refocus on yourself, to take a break from everyone else, to empty your head of all that noise.
You will come out of your meditation feeling relaxed in your body and mind. It will be easier to concentrate, to get a restful night’s sleep, and above all, to be in a good mood!
