Tangy Pink Lady® and Crab Cups

Easy to prepare and great to eat, this starter suits any menu.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pink Lady® apples
  • 200 g crab meat
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 12 pink shrimp tails
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut the Pink Lady® apples into quarters, remove the seeds and julienne the apples and cucumber.

Cut the grapefruit into quarters and remove the membrane. Cut the quarters in half. Take about a third of the grapefruit and crush it through a strainer to get the juice. Mix the juice with the mayonnaise.

In a salad bowl, place the apples, the cucumber, the remaining grapefruit, the crab meat (drained) and the shrimp tails. Pour the sauce over and add plenty of pepper.

Present in cups or glasses.

Clever tips

The grapefruit juice is a base for the mayonnaise.
