TANGY PINK LADY® AND CRAB CUPS

  • 2 Pink Lady® apples
  • 200 g crab meat
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 12 pink shrimp tails
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

 
 

Let’s go !

  • 1- Cut the Pink Lady® apples into quarters, remove the seeds and julienne the apples and cucumber.
  • 2- Cut the grapefruit into quarters and remove the membrane. Cut the quarters in half. Take about a third of the grapefruit and crush it through a strainer to get the juice. Mix the juice with the mayonnaise.
  • 3- In a salad bowl, place the apples, the cucumber, the remaining grapefruit, the crab meat (drained) and the shrimp tails. Pour the sauce over and add plenty of pepper.
  • 4- Present in cups or glasses.

The grapefruit juice is a base for the mayonnaise.
