There’s nothing like an elegant cocktail to spice up a tête-à-tête. And Pink Lady® will make your drink look picture perfect.
Cut very thin slices of Pink Lady®, being careful to keep the skin intact, so you can use its colour for contrast. Briefly soak the slices in lemon juice, to preserve the beautiful apple flesh. Next, simply place the slices on a toothpick and arrange them carefully at the base of the glass. You’ll enjoy your drink even more when you taste the forbidden fruit...
